1. Shipping Policy

• We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.

• Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days within major cities, and up to 5 working days for remote areas.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

• Free shipping is available for orders above the minimum amount stated on our website.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

3. Return & Refund Policy

• You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Certain items such as personal care, hygiene, and health products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
